The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, perfect for disabled guests. However, some areas need improvement like the stained headboard and mismatched furniture. The service was pleasant, with a helpful bar lady but some inefficiencies noted. The location is fairly central but lacks some necessary amenities like a standing mat. The dining experience varies, with a buffet full English breakfast available but lacking variety. The facilities are basic but serve their purpose.

My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, but there were some noticeable issues like dusty areas and a musty smell. On the bright side, the room layout was perfect for disabled guests with separate bath and shower. The service was exceptional with polite staff and amazing food, although some employees could be more attentive. The location was convenient for driving but slightly outside the main area. The dining experience was a bit hit or miss, with good value meals but a lack of variety. Overall, a decent stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were just right for a family, and I couldn't stop recommending it to all our family and friends. The only downside was having a 'small double' bed with just one bedside cabinet, but that was a minor issue compared to the overall great experience.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were great, perfect for a family stay. I had to keep my socks on to walk around due to the tackiness, but it didn't bother me too much.
Service
9.0
The service was excellent! Everyone made our furry friend feel very welcome, and they really went above and beyond to ensure our stay went smoothly. The cost of £89.10 was a bit steep, but the level of service we received made it worth it.
Location
9.0
The location was fantastic, quiet enough for a good night's rest yet close to everything we needed. It was a bit of a walk, about 15 minutes, to reach the town, but I didn't mind at all. The hotel being away from the sea front was actually a plus for me.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was a mixed bag. The help-yourself breakfast was convenient, but it was a bit chaotic with shared serving spoons. Despite the slight hiccup, the hotel offered a range of amenities to make up for it. While the food was a bit on the pricey side, there were some local seafood options that were worth trying.
Facilities
8.0
The facilities were good, offering everything we needed. The quirky hotel had all the amenities for a comfortable stay, including a pool and more.
